Our Code of Ethics

1. We will be honest, open and direct when communicating with Alliance members.  
2. We will work towards establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with Alliance members.
3. We will avoid establishing business relationships with Alliance members where there is a clear conflict of interest.
4. We will not promote any activity, product or service to Alliance members that is illegal, immoral, dangerous, deceptive or objectionable.
5. We will exercise great care when offering business critical advice or information to Alliance members.
