Write for about 5 - 10 min about why the environment is important to you personally. 

I t doesn't have to be novel worthy just some notes but it must be sincere & well thought! 

Next write for 5 -10 min on this ? - how much do I really know about environmental issues and what is the most important topic (& how to fix it)? 

Then adopt 1-3 small changes a month to start implementing your changes and keep making small changes for 1 year! 

Make sure you keep track of what you do each month but only for an objective perspective! 

Don't let a mistake or a forgetful moment get you down simply record it with a note that will help you improve!
