Leaders of Human Resources groups, societies and associations.

Who should NOT join this group?

This purpose of this Alliance is to unite  groups of Human Resources professionals to share knowledge, expertise and best practices. Individuals must be a member of an existing group to join. If you are an individual who wishes to join this Alliance and are not part of an existing group, here’s what you can do:

1. Search for a local group in your area and join as a member. As a member of a group with in the Alliance you will have automatically become a member of the the HR Global Alliance.
2. If there is no group in your local area, we encourage you to consider starting your own group. Feel free to contact us for help.

While we encourage networking and business share, this is NOT a SALES group. If you wish to purely sell a product or service, please contact us directly to discuss vendor opportunities.

I signed up for this group, now what?

Participate! Let us know what’s happening in your group. Post details of local events, conferences, newsletters, membership updates, etc. Participate in the Message Boards and Polls.

Ask and answer questions. Remember, this is YOUR forum to share ideas and learn.

Stay "Active"! In other words, please visit the site at least once a month. We reserve the right to remove any group that is inactive for over 3 months.

What does it mean to be ACTIVE?

Be Active: Being "Active" means just that! Update your group site at least once every 1-2 months, if not more often. Being Active consists of updating your group profile, participating in online forums and sharing. You are considered "Active" by the Alliance if you participate within a 3-month time span.

Do local groups in the Alliance have a common meeting format?

Each group has there own style and format. If you need help starting a group and want ideas and suggestions, please let us know.
