Update from Idaho. The Idaho House passed an anti-NAFTA bill (SJM113) by voice vote on March 26. Since the Idaho Senate had already passed the bill on March 20, This makes Idaho the first state to call on Congress to withdraw from NAFTA if certain conditions are not met.
