who leads a exercise, fitness, or weight loss group, no matter where you meet, whether online or
in person. This is not only for
meetup groups--whether you use
google
groups,
yahoo,
facebook,
FitLink, or any other resource to manage your
group, this alliance is intended to be for group leaders from all over
the Internet.
What do you do?Discuss any topic
related to exercise or weight loss, including training, nutrition, recipes motivation, injury
prevention, equipment comparison, and helpful tips.
What do you plan to do?
We plan to be the meeting place for all exercise, fitness, and weight loss groups in the country,
regardless of how they meet or are organized, in hopes of being a
better, collaborative resource for groups so that they can all succeed.
How can I get involved?Click "Add/Start a Local
Group" then add your group to the Exercise, Fitness, and Weight Loss Alliance. You can
sign up for the mailing list, participate in the resources section, and
view "members only" discussions.
