Someone with a vision starts a Meetup Alliance by filling out a simple form.

The Alliance now has a website to connect like-minded Local Groups!

The Alliance Organizer invites Local Groups to join the Alliance—and inspires new local groups to start.

Local Groups are featured on the Alliance's map^[A] and Live Directory,^[B] making it easy for anyone to find their nearby group.

Reps from the local groups share news/ideas and coordinate action by:

• Creating and replying to discussions^[C]
• Collaborating on shared resources^[D]

The Local Groups make good things happen, and the Alliance makes them part of something bigger.
